The COS defines the main lines of the scientific strategy and organization of the network, validates the decisions of the CoPil and liaises with the main institutional and public health partners in France and with research bodies at European and international level.

The Strategic Orientation Committee (COS) is made up of 8 members, including 2 observer members (Chairman of the Copil and representative of the ANRS | MIE).
